June 10 –June 13, 2013

Highlights of this Week:
We made bottle rockets and shot them off with Mr. Greg in discovery. Some of them even went on the roof!! We also made different size bubbles using odd things as the wands to see which things made the best and most bubbles. We had water days on Monday and Tuesday and had a great time swimming and playing in the sprinklers and swimming pools. We finished up our unit on ocean animals and hope you like our sea creatures that will be coming home soon.
Coming Up Next Week:
We will be working on a special project for our dads for Father’s Day all week. We will be having our class party on Tuesday. We will be making chocolate-chip ice cream sandwiches for the party. We will be going to the VPK graduation ceremony on Thursday at 10:30. Thursday is the last day of school and we have noon dismissal.

It’s hard to believe this will be our last Blog for the year. Alex and I have had so much fun teaching and learning with your children this year. We hope you will stop in and visit us next school year, so we won’t say goodbye just L’hitraot – see you later!!! Have a safe and happy summer!
